This hotel, owned and managed by Lafrance Hospitality, is also part of TownePlace Suites, owned and managed by Lafrence Hotel Group, Inc., a subsidiary of the New York Marriott Group. The hotel was also the site of a partnership between The Hotel Company of Boston and The Hotel Company of Cape Town, South Africa, which is owned, managed and operated by LaLafrancehospitality.
The Lafrance family is excited about the opening of the TownePlace Suites as it is part of the Hospitality Campus, which also includes the Hotel Company of Cape Town and the Marriott Boston Hotel.
